AGM Date Set - 27th March 2012

The date for the AGM has been set as Tuesday 27th March 2012 and the venue is to be Knockburn; we will first start with a short trail run followed by the AGM and a talk from Mel Edwards on Endurance Running ; Training and Mental Approach.

21 hardy runners turned out today to run the Xmas 5k but because of the treacherous conditions underfoot we changed the route so that it only went round Cowie a number of times and in so doing also reducd the ditance to nerer a 3k rather than a 5k. Improvers Cup

The first Thursday session of the Improvers Cup took place last week with some good base times being recorded. The first Friday session is to take place this week so hopefully we'll have a number of new names to add to the list.
